THE D.O.C. METHOD OF CA’ D’OR
Wines produced from Grand Cru vineyards, with volcanic nature, located on the slopes of the Lessini Mountains ( Lake Garda – Verona ), at an altitude between 250m and 450m above sea level. This is the perfect area for the production of sparkling wines with the Long Charmat method (fermentation for one year in small tanks and aging in the bottle).
The Ca’ d’Or Italian Method D.O.C. line contains the Vintage Blanc de Blancs Millesimato Selection, the fruity expression of Ca’ d’Or taste: a fresh, fruity and citrusy product, yet with a good body and fine and persistent bubbles.
