Average age of vines: 25 years
Harvest time: Late August, early September. The grapes are handpicked, transported and processed the same day.

Malolactic fermentation partially
First aging: 7 months in steel tanks.
Stabilization: Cold static
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Sensory characteristics as determined by an enologist:
Appereance: brilliant straw yellow color with golden highlights
Nose: Scents of crusty bread and fruit, hazelnut shades and dried figs
On the palate: Elegant and Harmonious very persistent, with a well-defined personality that makes it unique.
Perlage: very fine bubbles and refined elegance
Finish: long, strong and perfect balance
Serve with: excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal
Serving temperature: 6/8°C

Origin: vineyards located on the slopes of hills of Adro (BS) Italy, on a particularly well-exposed and breezy plot of stony soil that is moderately calcareous and well-drained.
Growing systems: spurred cordon
Plant density: 5000 vines/ettaro
Yeld: 100 q/grapes/hectare
Wine yield: 60% = 60 hl/ha
Average age of vines: 20 years
Harvest period: end of August, beginning of September The grapes are harvested by hand, then transported and processed the same day

Origin: vineyards located on the slopes of hills of Passirano (BS) Italy, on a paricularly well-exposed and breezy plot of stony soil that is moderately calcareous, loamy abd well-drained
Growing systems: spurred cordon
Plant density: 5000 vines/ettaro
Yeld: 100 q/grapes/hectare
Wine yield: 70% = 70 hl/ha
Average age of vines: 20 years
Harvest period: end of August, beginning of September The grapes are harvested by hand, then transported and processed the same day
Winemaking:
Gentle pressing after maceration for about 3-4 hours at low temperature (17-18°C) Cold static decantation

On the palate: fresch, complex and harmonious with savoury and tangy notes, driven by a sweet taste of red fruits. Good body
Perlage: refined elegance and extremely fine evanescence
Finish: extremely well-balanced
Serve with: Ideal as an all-round wine
