Refinement: Refinement average 4 months in small stainless steel and bottle. The fermentation takes place in autoclaves small size, with the daily batonage, for a minimum period of 90 days
Stabilization: Static cold
Alcohol: 12% vol.

Appearance: Pale yellow color with golden reflections slightly greenish
Nose: Scents and balsamic notes, sensations of fruit green and yellow shades and exotic
On the palate: Obvious fruity, citrus, with balsamic nuances. In the finale emerges almond still immature. Good body
Perlage: fine and persistent Bolllicina
Finish: Good balance
Serving suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal

Wine yield: 60% to 60 hl/ha

Harvest time: End of August, beginning of September. The grapes are handpicked, transported and processed the same day

Appearance: in the glass it is yellow in colour with greenish reflections, enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage
Nose: the nose is fresh, with floral notes of lime, shades of citrus, white peach and green pepper
Taste: the mouth is titght and crisp, fresh and vertical, fullbodied, refined and with a lingering very enjoyable finish
Final: Long, strong and balanced
Serving suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal

Color: Golden Yellow
Perfume: the nose is fresh and elegant, with clear bouquets of hawthorn, bread crust, balsamic notes, hints of apple rennet, dried figs and peanuts
Palate: soft in the mouth, but not sweet, it has a fresh pleasant flavour. The finish is long and dense, with very pleasant flavour.

Location: 10 hectares totally cultivated in Guyot on the
vulcanic hills in the commune of Roncà.
Altitude: from 150 to 200 m above s/l.
Average vine age: 15 years.
Vines per hectare: 5.000.
Production: 6/7.000 Lt/Ha.
Bottles: 30.000.
Harvest: Starting at the end of August. The grapes are
handpicked, transported and processed the same day.
Fermentation and maturation: In stainless steel vats 100%.

Oenologist Sensory Outlined:
At first glance: Intense straw yellow.
On the nose: Overwhelming and inebriating perfumes of pear, raspberry, pineapple, banana, apricot, peach and apple. Field grasses, camomile and green tea.
On the palate: Fruity, frank and rich in structure with
surrounding softness. Very persistent. Tasty and fresh. Delicately salty.
Accompaniments: Ideal with sea fish and vegetable starters.
Service temperature: 12°C.
Ageing potential: 30 months.
